Understanding the Work
A clarifying look at what coaching truly offers — and why it might be exactly what you've been looking for.
Coaching Is
Coaching is present and future-oriented. We acknowledge the past to understand patterns, then focus energy on where you want to go.
You are the expert on your own life. Tiffany's role is to ask the right questions, reflect what she observes, and walk alongside you — not in front of you.
Coaching creates the space to get honest with yourself — about your desires, your patterns, your fears, and what you're truly capable of.
Real change requires doing. Coaching turns insights into intentional actions, and those actions into the life and relationships you actually want.
What is shared in session stays in session. Your growth is a private, sacred journey and it is held with the utmost care and discretion.
Important Distinctions
Coaching and therapy are distinct disciplines, and understanding the difference helps you choose the right support for where you are.
Therapy is clinically focused — it diagnoses, treats, and heals psychological conditions, often by working deeply through the past. Coaching, by contrast, is a growth-focused partnership that meets you where you are today and helps you build toward where you want to be.
Neither is better than the other. Some clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously. If Tiffany believes therapeutic support would better serve your needs, she will tell you that honestly.

Is This For You?
You know something needs to change but you're not sure what, or you've tried before and the change hasn't lasted. Coaching helps you find clarity and traction.
Whether with a partner, your family, or yourself — you're craving the kind of emotional intimacy that feels real, safe, and sustaining.
Coaching requires honesty, vulnerability, and a genuine willingness to grow. If you're ready to show up for that, remarkable things become possible.
Not just happiness — the sustainable, deep, life-altering joy that comes from truly knowing yourself and choosing relationships that reflect your worth.
Your First Session
Your first session is a conversation — not an intake form. Tiffany wants to know you: what brought you here, what matters most, and what you're hoping for.
There is nothing you need to have figured out before you arrive. The consultation is a space for honest exploration, not performance or preparation.
You'll leave knowing whether coaching with Tiffany is a good fit and, if so, what the natural next step looks like — without any pressure to commit in the moment.
