Coaching and therapy are distinct disciplines, and understanding the difference helps you choose the right support for where you are.

Therapy is clinically focused — it diagnoses, treats, and heals psychological conditions, often by working deeply through the past. Coaching, by contrast, is a growth-focused partnership that meets you where you are today and helps you build toward where you want to be.

Neither is better than the other. Some clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously. If Tiffany believes therapeutic support would better serve your needs, she will tell you that honestly.
